Made for Touhou Fan Game Jam 13

Pongmaku is Pong infused with the bullet hell and spell cards of Touhou.  Instead of dealing with a single ball, two players use spell cards to summon hails of bullets while trying to reduce their opponent's life to 0.

Due to time constraints, there is no AI, so grab a friend! Or, I guess, you can play against yourself? Music and some sound effects are missing, but the core gameplay is all implemented. Sorry for any inconvenience, but that's how game jams go!

Controls

Player 1:

W/S - Move paddle
F/G/H - Use ability 1/2/3
Select a character with WASD, and lock in with F/G/H. The game will begin once both players have locked in their character.

Player 2:

Up/Down - Move paddle
</>/? - Use ability 1/2/3
Select a character with the arrow keys, and lock in with </>/?. The game will begin once both players have locked in their character.

How to Play

• Hit the pong ball into the green bomb icons to gain bomb.
• Use bombs to use your spell cards (abilities).
• Reduce your opponent to 0 life to win!
